I shared my bras with some of my closest friends and one placed an order… but I guess she must have clicked the wrong button. Her order said she ordered 6 bras. She didn’t need or want 6 she tried to cancel and start the order over but it wouldn’t let her. Her emails from you guys was $179.00 for 6 items. She called your company and they said the order had been processed already and that it couldn’t be stopped. She called AE and had them cancel the payment. Not sure if the error was in her part for being old and not ordering on line too much. But that was just wrong when she called you guys and you couldn’t make it right. I bragged on how much I loved my new bras and she thought if Robin loves them we should try them. Very disappointed in your service department. You lost a good customer in her and her 4 other sisters. 😔🥴😣
