Greetings, I have reached out to this company on several occasions regarding missing items from my order and the refund for returned items. I have also involved my credit card company to assist with the refund process. My experience has been marked by a lack of professionalism, responsiveness, and organization. It is evident that customer service is not a priority for your company. The failure to address refund requests and respond to customer inquiries reflects poorly on Shapemint company's values and practices. They are not BBB accredited but are still promoting their products. What a disgrace to mankind. Respectfully
