They had a sale if you buy a bathing suit you will receive a sarong (bathing suit cover) free. I received my order and there was no sarong with the order. I tried to get a hold of the company and no where there is a number to call. So I started a live chat with Patty. I explained what happened then waited 10 min and she came back and asked the same question what is the issue. I said my heavens I just told you but I will tell you again. Waited another 5 minutes for her to come back on and asked me for the 3rd time what the issue is. She said can you tell me again what the issues was, let me tell you at that point I lost it with her. She came back and had the nerve to ask me for a screenshot of the sale (really who does that), she said sorry I can’t help you but give you a 25% off on your next order. One other time they said 10.00 off your order, said not receive that.
