I had ordered a few different coloured tops and when my order came was missing the white one. I contacted customer service and they informed me that it was sent separately. Unfortunately it didn’t get delivered and I was emailed to say it was being returned to sender. I was offered either a replacement or coupon with an additional 20% on top. I was happy for the replacement to be sent and asked if they could send it to my holiday address and very promptly they said they could. 10/10 for service. Iv been kept informed every step of the way. Can’t fault that. Can I just add the items received are brilliant. Smooths out my lumpy bits and really comfy. Can wear all day and not feel restricted. I’ll be buying more
