I am customer of Shark from last 5 years and unfortunately my electric brush was broken. I bought new one from Shark but again after couple months (4 months) the brush was broken again. And this time I received info from customer service that any spare parts are not under any warranty. It's mean I spend 100£ just for nothing. It is useless and stupid spending 100 for nothing. For good advice go to Dyson and you will have everything. Avoid Shark
