Hi I purchased a Adley Loxley summer house which I am pleased with overall. The delivery was great and I started to erect a couple of days after which took us about 8/9 hours all told as we had some issues fitting the roof which was very tight and is slightly off centre which I think is due to the middle support of one of the roof panels not being manufactured in the centre. There were also a few pieces missing such as 80 mm screws and a door handle spindle but Wickes sorted me out there. I did receive a lot of 60 mm screws but no where in the instructions does it say to use a 60 mm screw? There is some shrinkage and cracking to the panels as advised due to the wood losing its moisture content due to the extreme hot weather. Also the instructions say to use 3 pieces of felt but at a width of 1 metre felt and the roof measuring 3.05 metres we had to use 4 pieces to account for overlap but luckily there was enough felt provided for this. I wish Sheds offered more base installations as they only offer a concrete base installation service and I went with the ProBase which meant I had to install the base myself as well which was hard work in this heat and very tricky to level.
