I ordered a small playhouse last week and it arrived on Tuesday. It has been chucking it down so i did not check till yesterday and found the door was broken. Emailed them about it and got a called back yesterday to arrange replacement. No fuss so I cannot really complain about that. I ve been building it today and with a good drill, de walt, it is easy.
