For years, while doing any physical activity, I have had to wear a regular bra with a sports bra over it and still felt like I was bouncing around a lot. I’m able to just wear my Shefit to crossfit and to ride, it’s so much more comfortable, and i have minimal bounce! I’m not afraid I’m going to fall out! Beyond happy that I have found a sports bra to fit my shape and needs! All the others are too small in the cups or too big in the band. This one is perfect with the adjustable band!
