The support this bra gives to any other athletic bra is unparalleled. I felt comfortable the entire time and it didn’t hurt to run around. I have one minor “mishap” if you can even call it that. The plastic piece in the bag that the back piece threads through to tighten did not stay vertical. It kept wanting to slant and turn horizontal the tighter I pulled. It wasn’t digging into me nor was it uncomfortable I just worry that it’s outting stress on the wrong area of that piece and it would break. I wear my straps not cross-crossed so I don’t know if that made a difference at all. But like I said not even a mishap really just something I noticed. I can see myself investing in another one!!
