I am a 36DD, so let's start there. I am a very short person - I am 5'2" with long legs and a short torso. I started my fitness journey several years ago and worked with VS bras. But a few months ago I started doing a HIIT routine. Just an FYI - I do not work out in front of a mirror, I'm already sure I look ridiculous, I really wasn't looking for confirmation. But I started to have back problems. I thought maybe it was how I was executing my moves. So I did one work out in front of a mirror. I did look ridiculous, but not for the reasons I thought. When it came to the cardio of my routine, my girls were all over the place; one tuck jump would send the girls spinning a few times. Since my torso is very short, the distance between my girls and my shoulders is very short, and typical bras don't give the right kind of support. I started doing research because some of my VS bras are 8 years old. Shefit has NOT been on any list that I have found that during my research. I loved the idea that the strap is large and can be tightened. Also, the straps can be tightened too. I thought this was too good to be true $64?? No way, VS bras are about the same (unless you get them on sale) and they don't do what I need them to. On a whim, I bought one anyway. SO AWESOME! The first time I used it, I did not use my mirror method, but I felt my posture was better. The second time I worked out in front of a mirror, and OMG! I don't have to hold my arms to my chest because I am jumping. Don't get me wrong, I still move in the bra, just not as much as it was. I am back to get another. I do have some cup overflow, but I would be doing that anyway, and would probably need to start doubling up on my bras.
