I like the cross over straps in the back, which take the pressure off my shoulders where I have marks from other bra straps. I like the zipper front closure (although it is a bit bulky under a shirt. I love the adjustable band at the ribs - it is so hard to find a bra that will snuggly fit there so my underboobs don't rub against my chest and cause a rash. Where I have problems: I am between sizes (3L & 4L) as I have a small rib cage and big boobs (40G - and that doesn't fit right either). My breasts are pendulous. When wearing the 4L She-Fit, my boobs overflow the cups at the top, and are folded inside the cups to fit, which causes heat rash. The sides of the cups at the straps dig into my underarms. The metal pieces for the adjustable straps dig into my upper chest near the shoulders. My sister-in-law recommended your bras as she is an avid fitness fan and she loved the support & compression. I think there are some great features in your product, but it is not made to fit all the sizes advertised. Perhaps you need to try finding sizes and designs for those of us that are not size 0 (what I see in your ads) and with real-world problems from trying to find a bra that fits well enough to wear when exercising. For now, I'll go back to the Cacique brand where at least the cup sizes are closer to fitting.
