It definitely supports in all ways imaginable! The only problem I have with it are the seams that are not quite flattering under a tee shirt. In many ways I don't expect perfection (especially when working out) as I purchased this bra with the expectation that it truly support my weighty breasts and at that, it delivers perfectly.
