The SheFit is comfortable and moves with me when I am active. I can change the amount of support as needed for the activity. There's limited bounce during intense activity, there is no chafing, and the SheFit stays where I put it when I first put it on. I also love that as my band size decreases, I won't have to get a new sports bra. Best. 100% would recommend to anyone.
