I am pushing 50. Had two preemie kids so I pumped instead of regular nursing. Gained weight. Lost weight. Gained some back. Have polycystic breasts. I ride (hunter/jumper). My breasts are not my favorite part of my body because they give me a lot of grief and are mostly uncomfortable, if not painful, when I run (just started back) and ride (never giving that up). This bra stopped the bounce and the pain. Just stopped it. HOLY!! Also really like that as I get smaller (hopefully) the bra will still fit since I can adjust it. Buying another one right this minute. Can't wait til my instructor calls out "sitting trot" tomorrow and I can concentrate on my hands instead of avoiding a black-eye ;)
