I have a size DD/E and measured myself following the sizing chart, which put me at a medium, my boobs were spilling out of the armpit area, if you have big boobs get a large for full coverage, the straps work great! You can literally go as tight as you need, I am waiting for th large to make sure it fits better, only downside is you have to pay for shipping costs when exchanging :/
