I can adjust shoulder straps from H to criss cross anywhere modestly. I can reach my hand up under my shirt and adjust the band around my chest with a little privacy. I adjust these straps all day long. Then when im driving home and want that bra off, I loosen everything and sigh ," Aaaaaah!" I wear a 44 DD in other bras and I got the 5 lux Shefit and it fit perfect. I dont jog but i needed something for posture and support. This is fantastic.
