Love the support and adjustability of the bra. It is fairly comfortable. I found it got very warm and sweaty while working out - has alot of very thick material. Also, the shoulder straps travel in towards my neck, which causes a bit of discomfort (not unlike most sports bras with a criss cross back). Great for shorter, high impact workouts. I don't think I could wear it for more than 2 hours at a time.
