I am a powerfully built woman with a broad rib cage and a small cup size; and these are the only bras I have ever found that fit in the cup but don't pinch around the waist. They are wonderful. They are also virtually indestructible because they don't stretch out; so you can just keep cinching them in a little bit indefinitely; especially if you like them on the looser settings to start out which I do. Plus if you're out for a run and have to spend a portion of the day in the same clothes (Camping, traveling, etc) it's incredibly convenient to just loosen the straps and band and re-Velcro them down. Then just cinch up the straps for the run - and you won't bounce once. In addition to their functionality these bras looks great under tight tops and give you a sexy, defined and uplifted silhouette. Best sports bra I have ever owned hands down. Only complaint - does the logo on the bra have to be a pink crown? Not all of us girls are girly enough to appreciate that. It bothered me enough that I bought a black bra and colored over all my pink logos with a black sharpie marker. I may have to do that after every wash - and I will if needed. Besides, there is still a huge "SheFit" on the band so it's not like the pink is needed. X-D
