After my first workout (running and lifting) in the SheFit, I was amazed. I mean I was amazed after I first put it on, and then again about 5 steps into my run, but there is so much support. After my first mile, I was less fatigued than usual, because I had the support that I needed. I hadn't realized how much the lack of breast support was contributing to my run and fatigue. This bra is replacing my 2 bra system for workouts - 1 Sports Bra from Kohls (which was worn through in a year or less) and 1 of my everyday Bali bras... the two cost about $40-50 total. That extra little bit that the SheFit cost was well worth the money. I am a 38 underbust, 48 bust, and this works for me. I will definitely be a lifelong user of this bra and know that as I lose weight, if I need to size down, I'll be happy getting a smaller bra, because frankly, these are worth it, and so am I. Highly recommended. I did an exchange and the process went smoothly. Definitely email them and ask for sizing help and go with what they say.
