Gotta say.....it works as advertised. Nothing moves. This is my first sports bra that successfully prevents the bounce. Thank you. Two added bonuses....1. For older or heavier women you can change the straps from an X to an H on the back, which makes the extra whatever-we-have on our backs and underarms smoother. 2. After your workout you can loosen all those straps and be super comfortable. Only drawback....it takes time to put it on....to get the bra all lined up properly so that the straps are not twisted and to make sure the zippers are exposed (they are tucked behind fabric for comfort) so plan for that extra effort.
