First, I love that this bra came inside its own delicates laundry bag - that's amazing. Second, I love the tips for fit and customization that came on the label - super helpful. When I first put the bra on, I had a bit of trouble at first with the zipper, but it was considerably easier than contorting myself into a pull-over bra. The straps were easy to work with, and I love that I can tighten to fit the activity I am doing. However, the pads were quite stiff when I had the straps ratcheted up tightly, and I felt my range of motion was constricted. I felt much more comfortable when I took the pads out - I don't feel that they did much for sculpting and the normal lining isn't so thin that anything shows. One complaint - to get minimal bounce, I had to pull the shoulder straps so far down that I couldn't stick the velcro properly, I would like it more if the shoulder straps were shorter so I didn't have to stretch so far.
