I was forced to switch to them and experienced months of poor service, extortionate prices and they stole hundreds of pounds of credit from me that I had accrued with my old provider. They demanded a massive monthly payment, with no ability to set it as lower. They did not respond to my emails until I had racked up a massive debt with them and when I complained they set a debt collector onto me immediately and started calling me multiple times per day. Funny how when I was trying to contact them they ignored me for ages. Just a horrible company and now I've transferred away I am paying much less
