They have come on two occasions makes stupid remarks about how they cannot template because the kitchen is not to their standard. But no one knows what their standard is. I am so irate i will cancel my order completely. I have been left with no kitchen for over 2 months waiting for templating appointments to be told when the time arrives that they wont do it because the kitchen is 7mm unlevel. When all of my levels was showing it as level but her laser leveler was not. What a joke. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN they are a scam and are making money out of Ikea customer services for more call outs.
