Let me preface this by letting you know I have been a member since 2016. This site and its services have provided far more than any simple carry service could. I've learned how to be a better player, build a better guardian and raised my kd through "play with" over the years from a 0.15kd in D1 to matches now where I have a 10.0kd in some trials matches. I owe much of my skill to the techniques I've learned through the years from thier sherpas. I've met fantastic sherpas and had too many one of a kind celebratory moments to count. Through my experiences and good word I have brought over a dozen clients to this site to seek the same experience I boast about. Shout out to my Boi TJ!!
Recently however I had a negligent experience where a sherpa didn't actually complete my order but marked it as completed. I spoke with customer service and they notified the sherpa to complete the order. A second time the order was marked as complete and a second time it wasn't. I again contacted the customer service chat and was told I would be contacted by email of a resolution and a month later no reply. I'm not sure if it is a one off but my only suggestion would be to shore up the customer service aspect as you're excelling in every other aspect for the site. I dread anyone I suggest to the site having the same experience and it reflecting as poorly on myself as it does the site.
