"God roll services, in particular, can take multiple days to complete due to the RNG nature of the service." How about multiple weeks?
This service is slow to the point where it feels like you're being scammed. It's been two weeks since I placed my order and I'm no closer to having it fulfilled than I was on the day I placed it. Dismissive, unhelpful customer service and lazy 'sherpas'. I strongly recommend that you look elsewhere.
