Close to a year ago I used this service and had a horrible time and I never got the adept hand cannon I wanted. But the company said if I ever wanted to come back I can get a free carry on the house. This week a new hand cannon came out so I said "why not give them a try again". I told the customer service chat what happened the prior year and he gave me the free carry they promised me 1 year ago. I honestly thought they were going to forget about me but they didn't. I had some bad times in the past playing with a few sherpas but whenever I do customer service is always there to back me up. 10/10 customer service.
