This was my first time ever using a service like this and it was Great. I had Alejandro as my carry (they were also great). He was very professional and we had some fun games. (Not the carries fault) It did take a bit before someone got to my order but I'm sure its because people were busy and time of day ect. I'd say to expect to do the card the next day if you have the fast pass. If you don't probably on Sunday or Monday(Just an assumption). Overall I'm really happy with it. If I had to give some feedback on something to work on it would be to notify the customer on the average wait time.
