Totally unlegit scam. Upon booking you're provided with a collection and delivery slot that are plucked out of thin air, before being assigned a driver who I am also convinced is not real. I waited the whole day for a collection the day before moving house. Very stressful experience with the most appalling customer service I have ever received. Absolute joke.
