I ordered a delivery from IKEA to their locker for £10, then upgraded for £19 to home delivery.
On the day of delivery, I got a confirmation SMS saying the driver was on their way. No driver arrived and I got no delivery and neither did I received it on any other day.
The driver doesn't answer the phone, their online support doesn't reply, and their phone lines don't answer.
IKEA told me that Shift got my order on the delivery date.
They took my order and then completely disappeared - what is it if not pure stealing?
