SHIFT lost our mattresses, worth more than £1300, with no way to follow up, or contact support.
I bought two mattresses from IKEA Croydone, and asked Shift, the only possible option at IKEA store, to deliver it to my home. At the delivery day, I called the driver (from the email Shift had sent me), but he said he didn't find those, and said he is just a driver, doesn't know how to follow up.
I searched the entire Shift website: THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Give it a try, no one is responsible.
I wrote a complaint, but either ignored or not even looked at.
Avoid them.
I finally received my mattresses, through 3 hours of talking to IKEA customer service. They even weren't able to contact Shift.
