Been fighting for 7 months now to get a refund on a faulty set of oven/fan/hob package deal. The oven and hob both faulty. Eventually after me getting my bank involved they have agreed to refund the hob and oven but this has taken 7 months of emails, waiting for engineers etc. The fan was part of the package so out of decency you would think they would refund this too but they wont. I have bought another matching set off another company so am stuck with this unwanted fan now.
