I bought a cooker hood from Ship It Appliances. It is a lovely stylish unit but it developed a fault after 10 months. I have been very impressed with how they dealt with my enquiry about a repair and have very quickly replaced the unit under the warranty that came with it. No fuss, no drama, good dialogue, quick communication and very quick resolution. It wasn't an expensive unit, but they just provided a excellent benchmark of customer service. A lot of businesses could learn a lesson from them so I'm a very happy customer.
