The staff of this company were very responsive when goods I ordered were not immediately available. When notified that the goods would arrive on a given date, this was date was met. The problems arose due to the goods ordered were severely damaged. It was evident that from the packaging that it had been mistreated. The tape holding the cardboard box together had not adhered to the surface. (The box contained a 'broken in half' Astrocast 1.5 bowl sink). One corner of the box had been destroyed showing where some form of impact had occurred possible causing the damage. On response (very good) the company collected the damaged goods within 24 hours and arranged credit. I was reluctant to reorder new goods because I felt that the goods had come from a third party and not the company themselves. My reasons for that is the company would halve not dispatched goods in that condition. There after service is first class.
