Delivery was very good, arrived on the 12th May. The template was for the curved glass extractor, however, the printed instructions enclosed with the glass extractor were for a steel extractor and, therefore, difficult to follow. On day of receipt of extractor, I telephoned Ship it Appliances and was promised an Installation manual for the relevant item MEP901 by first class post. Regretfully, no instruction manual has arrived. Today is the 22nd May 2014 .
