What a great and efficient firm to deal with, bought a cooker hood back in June, renovating the kitchen, had hold-ups with builder hence the reason we did not open the box, on opening it in November we discovered it was damaged, a quick email was all it took to have a replacement and pick up within days.
Excellent customer service, item excellent value, would shop again with Ship It Appliances.
