Ordered Cooker hood then charcoal filter for hood. Hood arrived quickly. However cant sy same for filter. Wrong one was sent and it was over the xmas period so had to wait until shop reopened. Once shop was reopened the right filter was sent out within 48 hours so excellent service there. Despite minor difficulties would recommend SIA!!!
