First off let me start by saying ship your car now does not ship your car The contract somebody to ship your car and the contractors they use are not very responsible my car was a week and a half late from the date that they told me it would be here I missed three days worth of work because nobody informed me that they wasn't coming on the date that they told me they were coming, the dispatch was impossible to get in contact with would not even text me back, I was told I will receive pictures of my car as it was loaded on the transfer truck I never received any of those pictures I missed three days worth of work causing me to lose $425, they refused to give me a refund of anything, the customer service was horrible, they could not even get in contact with dispatch to let me know when my car will arrive finally when they got in contact with dispatch he set a date and it was still 3 days after that before I received my car, let me state again ship your car now does not ship your car they contract somebody and the people they contract they know nothing about, I would definitely get my car shipped by someone else I would not use this company.
