So far so good, havent recieved the truck yet, but it was picked up at my brothers residence in CDA Idaho and taken to Seattle then on to Big Island of Hawaii. The driver was great and both of my brothers were impressed. Had a huge snow and ice storm coming but with frozen hands the truck was loaded and secured. All my questions were answered and looking forward to recieving the truck...it is a gift for a chevy lover. The dispatcher for Hawaii (Erik) has been so good walking me through all the steps of the process. Will post another review when the truck gets here. Have to call dispatch to find out were the barge/ship is at. Excited about tracking the process. Aloha
