If we had known it ahead of time we could've rented a car at the airport and would not have been without a car for so long a time. When the driver finally arrived, he complained about us packing too much stuff in our car. You need to let customers know how much (# of lbs?) We can put in it. But then again, how would we be able to weigh the things in our car? The driver had looked through our car because he knew exactly what was in there.
