Todd Carlisle at Ship Your Car Now offered his cell phone number and was available throughout the process. The bid was very competitive, and I was called the next day with 3 options for pick-up dates within several days of when I first contacted them. Pick-up was on time and delivery was faster than promised (2 days for delivery from California to TN). I was given a phone number for the trucker so I could know about any changes in ETA.
