Within 24 hours, we had our broken-down van towed over 200 miles to our hometown (unfortunately, a local fix was out of the question.) The service that my wife and I received was unusually positive. Specifically, both the scheduler with whom I made first contact on the telephone as well as the actual driver (both before pick-up and after drop-off) were extremely personable and friendly. I chose this company because it advertised as a family-owned business that cared. Honestly, to my surprise, they delivered quite well on that often falsely-used claim. Thank you!!!
