I ASKED WHEN I SIGNED UP TO HAVE MY VEHICLES SHIPPED IF THEY WERE INSURED AND IF MY VEHICLE WAS DAMAGED WOULD THEY DEAL WITH THE INSURANCE
THE DRIVER BACKED MY 2000 CAMARO SS UP ONTO THE TRUCK AND THE MUFFLER GOT CAUGHT ON THE FRAME
I WAS THERE WHEN IT HAPPENED, WAS ASSURED EVERYTHING WOULD BE REPAIRED
TURNS OUT THE DRIVERS DEDUCTIBLE WAS MORE THAN THE REPAIR AND THE COMPANY SAID I WOULD HAVE TO GET THE MONEY FROM THE DRIVER..... THE OPPOSITE OF WHAT THEY TOLD ME WHEN I SIGNED ON
ITS A YEAR NOW AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT REIMBURSED ME FOR THE DAMAGE
