This company is off the chain. I just shipped my car from Northern California to Massachusetts and I did a random google search and landed on this company. The moment I called, Joseph Gorfien picked up the phone and he was very kind, patient and worked with me to ensure I got a good deal. My car was not picked up on the day they said they would because one of the drivers had some issues and got delayed, this is expected when shipping a car as there are so many moving pieces and things you cannot control. Joseph and his team kept in touch and Karina from Viva Express which is the other company that helps with some of the routes kept texting me to keep me updated as to when my car would be picked up. All the drivers that were in possession of my car kept me updated when the car was handed over to them and they were so polite. If you need to ship a car I highly recommend this company. I kindly ask that you leave room for the unexpected and be patient with the drivers because there are many variables they cannot control
