My delivery contract was delivery into my garage. (My car was in non running condition and I paid more because of it) It was brought to the street and the only way it was going to be put in the garage was for me and the delivery driver to push the car up my driveway into the garage. Pictures were taken of the car in the drive way. In case there was damage from the driveway into the garage so that the delivery driver would not be responsible for any damages. Luckily there was no damage but it is unfair to think that they would have deniability in such case since the contract was for delivery into the garage. It in wrong to charge an additional fee for a non running car when the person receiving the delivery is expected to help push the car into the garage.
