Good prices on sales yarns but lousy communication.
Have ordered twice, first order took over a week to arrive. Given Covid problems this was expected however I had to chase as I not heard if the order had been depatched.
Second order, after 12 days nothing had arrived so I emailed company and asked for an update. Two days later I had an email from Paypal to say my payment had been refunded. Presumably the goods were out of stock, but there was no explanation or apology from Shirley Wools.
Fortunately found another supplier, although price was a lot higher, and yarn arrived within 2 days of placing the order, along with an email to confirm it had been sent.
I guess you get what you pay for, but it would have been good to know, yarn was not going to arrive.
