I can say there is good customer service. Then there is great customer service. SHOC delivered great customer service with my issue. I bought a football visor last year, and it cracked halfway through the season. So I said eventually I would get around to checking on the warranty. Well that turned into 13 months later which was about a month past the 1 year warranty figures. However I randomly emailed SHOC on Instagram one day after seeing an ad. Honestly, I thought I was wasting my time and just going to be overlooked. To my surprise I got a message back within minutes. Wanting to know what happened and the nature of things. I explained and he went on to say it doesn’t matter if it’s a year or 5 years, the equipment shouldn’t have failed you like that. I agreed, he then went on to say that they could replace my visor half off. At this point I was very satisfied with that. Then we talked about other options because they had a new visor that would fit better. And he said they would replace my old one for free. I just want to say how thankful I am, it’s not like this to receive above average customer service. They will continue to get my team and fellow players business.
