I can say there is good customer service. Then there is great customer service. SHOC delivered great customer service with my issue. I bought a football visor last year, and it cracked halfway through the season. So I said eventually I would get around to checking on the warranty. Well that turned into 13 months later which was about a month past the 1 year warranty figures. However I randomly emailed SHOC on Instagram one day after seeing an ad. Honestly, I thought I was wasting my time and just going to be overlooked. To my surprise I got a message back within minutes. Wanting to know what happened and the nature of things. I explained and he went on to say it doesn’t matter if it’s a year or 5 years, the equipment shouldn’t have failed you like that. I agreed, he then went on to say that they could replace my visor half off. At this point I was very satisfied with that. Then we talked about other options because they had a new visor that would fit better. And he said they would replace my old one for free. I just want to say how thankful I am, it’s not like this to receive above average customer service. They will continue to get my team and fellow players business. Thank You SHOC for delivering great customer service. Get all your visor and shield needs, this is a legit stand behind their product company. Thanks Again.
