Shoes International provided an English-made alternative to the LL Bean slippers my daughter wanted for Christmas. The latter are made in China, a country whose economy I cannot support due to their organ-harvesting (killing) practitioners of Falun Gong, a non-political spiritual practice. Although slightly more expensive, the quality of the Draper of Glastonbury slippers exceeds that of the LL Bean product and the international shipping was quite reasonable. The size conversion chart ensured a proper fit. The slippers were securely packaged and arrived with time to spare. The hand-written note from Kim was a nice touch.
