Placing an order was simplicity itself, followed by great communication and prompt, well packaged delivery. When goods proved to be the wrong size for my requirements I simply repackaged and returned for an exchange using the appropriate form and enclosed FOC returns label.
Goods were replaced without fuss or drama and once again promptly and well packaged with great comms at all times.
