I received the Mephisto shoes as per Order No 10042518 promptly and without any problem, and my experience in dealing with Shoes International has caused me to recommend your company to a friend here in Australia. I do have a problem, however, that relates to the shoes themselves. I ordered Mephisto size 10 Barracuda based on the fact I have been wearing a similar pair of Mephistos size 10 for around 5 years and now need to to replace them. My problem is that it seems I now need size 9.5. Though similar, the shoes are different in size. I don't see that this is a Shoes International problem, but would welcome any suggestion you may have. Yours sincerely, James Jelbart
