I bought the Ecco Soft 7 Ladies sneakers. My original choice of colour was no longer in stock, but customer service quickly alerted me to this and I was able to change it to an alternative. I took one star off because the website could be more up-to-date in what's in stock, so that it doesn't allow you to order something that is no longer available (as happened in my case). I also notice that the alternative colour that I ended up ordering is not even listed on the website and not all colours have matching photos of the shoes, so sometimes it's hard to work out what the colour looks like or which colour corresponds to which name. However, communication was quick and easy, and the amended order arrived a week after despatch in NZ! The shoes are lovely and extremely comfortable, the price the best I could find, so overall I am very happy and will happily order again.
